Сегодня обнаружил массовую пропажу файлов PDF с мобильного устройства. Считаю виновником Acrobat, т.к. из его списка последних файлов эти файлы так же пропали. И именно с этими файлами я работал последнее время

Sorry to hear about what has happened.

To figure out where exactly all files have gone, please check a couple of things:

1- If your files were saved on Document Cloud web, then make sure that you have Signed In into the application using same email used before.

Click on the profile icon>Sign In 

2- Recent files gets deleted if the application was uninstalled and then reinstalled or changed device.

3- Try location your file on Document Cloud web by logging here: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

Здравствуйте, я пользуюсь вашим приложением уже много раз, никогда не подводило, но в этой ситуации впервые подвело  с документами. ОЧЕНЬ важные документы были удалены просто так, пропали, хотя я их даже не перемещала, не давайте мне те же советы что вы дали человеку выше, мне они не помогли, просто восстановите мне пожалуйста мои документы, иначе я буду уволена с работы по вашей вине и вине вашего приложения!!! я от всего сердца буду желать вам всего самого наилучшего, только помогите мне пожалуйста восстановить документы, мне из-за них задержали оплату за мой кровный труд!

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you are logged-in using the Apple-id, please logout of the application and re-loigin using the email id you have used while registering for the application and check if that works.

я сделала как вы сказали, удалила и снова скачала приложение, но ничего не поменялось, моих  файлов все еше нет!!!! решите проблему пожалуйста, восстановите мои документы!!!

I would like to clarify that my previous request was not to delete and reinstall the application. Instead, I kindly ask that you log out of the application and then log back in using the email address that you originally used for registration, rather than using your Apple Mask ID. This should help resolve any issues you are experiencing.
