解約について

体験中に解約手続きしようとしたけど、エラーが出て出来なかった。

それで今も解約出来ない。

どういう事でしょうか？お金かからずに解約したかったから体験中にやったのに出来ないです。

As per my understanding, you need to cancel your subscription.

Also, Could you please help us with a screenshot of the error message you're getting while canceling the subscription?
