From the screenshots, it looks like you have purchased multiple subscriptions for Acrobat.

Please log in to https://adobe.ly/4aChudn to check for any/all active subscriptions on your account.

 

If you see more than one subscrption for the same app, you can proceed with the cancellation from there.
