@?_?6223 Curious why did you pay for the plan then quickly canceled it? If you knew that you weren't planning to use it, why would you go through the payment. Anyways, did you buy your Adobe subcription on your mobile? If you purchased elsewhere, contact Google Play or Apple App store directly....that third-party manages the billing, cancellation, and refund requests, not Adobe directly.
