어도비 결제한 적이 없는데 매달 26,400원이 결제되고 있는 것을 확인했습니다.
지난 3월인가, 4월에 플랜 구경을 하다가 결제까지는 시도해본 적은 있는데 결국 하지 않았습니다.
그런데 4월 1일, 4월 22일, 6월 30일에 총 3번 KCP라는 이름으로 결제가 되었습니다.
로그인 해봐도 플랜 결제 내역은 없는데 왜 돈이 빠져나가고 있는 걸까요?
이 문제 해결할 수 있도록 문의드립니다. 빠른 확인 부탁드려요.
