저는 프리미엄 무료체험을 신청하긴 했으나,유료 결제 그 이전에 구독을  끊었고, 단 한번도 이 앱을 사용한적이 없는데, 13.500원이나 결제되어 연락드립니다..ㅜ

진짜 편집 및 변환은 단 한번도 쓴적이 없는데 혹시 환불이 가능할까요..? 부탁드립니다
