구매를 시도하지 않은 제품이 구매되어 환불하였지만 구독취소와 결제취소만 되고 돈은 다시 받지 못했습니다 14일 이상이 지난것도 아닌데 왜 환불 받지 못하는지 모르겠습니다 문의 창구 또는 받을 수 있는 방법을 알려 주시면 좋겠습니다
