환불 요청. 무료평가판 구독이었는데 결제되었어요

10월 25일 수요일에 무료체험을 등록하여 사용했

는데 13500원이 결제되었음을 오늘 발견하였습니다. 7일 무료체험 이후 결제되는 것이 맞는데, 왜 이렇게 무료체험 당일 결제가 된 것인지  이해가 가지 않습니다.

 

당일 이후로 일주일이 지난 지금까지는 사용하지 않아서 환불을 받고싶습니다.
