Hai,

Kreeg vandaag per mail bevestiging van verlenging van mijn abonnement op Adobe Acrobat Reader bij jullie afgesloten. 

Hoe krijg ik die geopend en werkend op mijn laptop?

Ook kan ik op mijn mobiel geen -alleen lezen file- aanmaken van een Excel file.

Hi there 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have an active plan for Acrobat Premium for Android. It is specifically designed to work with Android mobile devices only and can not be used on desktop/laptop. 

As mentioned, you cannot create an Excel file on the mobile phone, What happens when you try to export the PDF to Excel, do you get any error message, what is the workflow/steps you are taking? A small video recording of the steps and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for further investigation?
