3D at iPad not possible?

I can't open a 3-D PDF which  the latest ADOBE reader version on my iPad.....is it not possible or do I just not found the right button?

By 3-D files, do you refer to multi-layered files? Such files are only supported on the desktop version of the application due to the heavy metadata on the files, which cannot be processed entirely on mobile processors.
