What does it take to allow Acrobat to run on an iPhone?
Always get the Access Denied error:
You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support ( http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/ ) if you believe this is an error.

Since you get the Access denied error while accessing the app, would you mind letting us know what is your registered country/region on Adobe account and the email address which is being used to login into the AppStore, does it have the same country/region registered?
Also, the correct application to run on the mobile device is Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please look for it into the Appstore and try installing it again.
I am facing the same situation.
