Access Denied

When I use my Adobe ID login Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF which I download from App store in my iPhone, I failed and alert me: Access Denied, You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support…But I can login other apps such as PS Express, Lightroom, Adobe Draw with the same ID, Help.IMG_4848.PNG

Since it has been a while you have posted this issue, would like to know if you are still experiencing this issue?

If yes, would you help me with the following information:

  • OS version and app version installed.
  • Device info.
  • Before re-installating the app, what was the issue earlier you were experiencing.
