Accessing the premium subscription

Hi, I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Premium Monthly subscription through Google Play today for ₹340.
I received the payment receipt and the subscription shows as active in my Google Play account, but when I open the Adobe Acrobat app, it still says I’m a free user.
I’ve already tried restoring the purchase and reinstalling the app, but it still says “Nothing to restore.”
Please help activate my premium access.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any active plan/subscription. Please check the email you have used for the purchase and make sure you are using the same email to log in to the Adobe Acrobat mobile application.
