Android

Hi @Deleted User,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!
A few pieces of information that I would like to know:
1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);
2. The Android version of your device;
3. Are you using the "Remove from recent" feature or "delete" function when removing the file from Acrobat?
By design, Acrobat should also remove the original file from the source location if the delete function is triggered.
I would like to understand more about your workflow to troubleshoot better.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Souvic, thanks for contacting me.
I will answer your questions.
1.Acrobat version
It is a direct DL from Google Play. I was aware that it is the latest version.
2. Android version
Version 10 is running.
3. How to delete
I chose "Delete" from the ︙Settings on the right side of the read PDF file name.
I tried three times with different PDFs, all with the same result, i.e., the original PDF was sitting in a zombie state in the Android system app.File with a capacity number.
I also use Google File Manager and the situation was exactly the same.
In Android, I also experienced a spontaneous resolution Zombie over time, so I waited a few days, but no luck.
I have already left Adobe Community, sorry.
Still zombie remained, I'm fed up with the Android Google Chrome specific, Web PDFs are DL'd specs.
I finally found my own solution the other day.
1. Duplicate the Zombie file on the System app.File
2. Sticking capacity value changed to -> Reality value 0 = Duplicate does not appear.
3. zombie file can be moved to the trash box.
Thanks for your kindness.
Please forgive me if I am rude.

@Deleted User Sorry to see you go.
From the description, it looks like the native file manager of your device is storing the files in an internal location, which makes the deletion process a bit complicated.
