The acrobat app contained a lot of pdfs, saved in the app folder and mistakenly the app was deleted. ADOBE can you urgently help me to recover those deleted files. Those pdfs were extremely important.
As you have mentioned that the app was deleted mistakenly, so, that will not affect any of your PDFs. You can get them back if they were saved on the document cloud (here is the link) storage by signing in using the same email.
I was not logged into the app when the deletion happened. Is there another way to recover them? Apple Customer Care had directed me to connect with Adobe because they too cannot recover the documents.
As you have confirmed that you were not logged in, that means the files were deleted from the local storage.
