Acrobat App issues

I have forms that have required signatures and premade fillable text boxes. I go into the app, fill out the information and when I go out of the form or attempt to send it for e-signatures it wipes the page clean like I didn't put any information in. It saves into my storage but only as a blank file. I tried the same on my laptop and it works just fine. Please help or create an update fixing the issues.

Please let us know if the information is removed when you upload the document to send for signature. Could you please share the screen recording of the steps you take and what happens so we can understand? It would be helpful if you could share the document so we can replicate the behavior.
