Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Are you using an organization account or a personal account?
Would you mind insatalling the Microsoft Intunes app on your device? Once installed, just launch the app for once (no need to sign in).
Then try connecting to OneDrive on Acrobat again.
