Hi hawkeyesmom_012018,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked your account using the email address used here in the community. There is no active subscription on this account. Please let us know which Acrobat subscription you have purchased.

If you have purchased the Acrobat premium plan, it will work only on mobile applications. For the desktop version, you will need an Acrobat Pro subscription, which works on desktop, mobile, and web. There is no button to sync. You must sign in on all versions with the same Adobe credentials (email and password).

For more information, refer to the following help documents:

Acrobat - https://adobe.ly/4h3XnrD

Acrobat Reader for mobile - https://adobe.ly/4iru8Qo

If you want to work on a file on mobile and desktop applications, upload it to Adobe Cloud Storage. Then, the next time you open the file on the desktop from Adobe Cloud Storage and make any changes, they will also be reflected on the mobile application.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
