Acrobat Pro DC will not connect with OneDrive

I have Acrobat Pro DC on all my devices, but I am only able to connect it with OneDrive on my desktop.  On both my tablet and my phone, I get an error message that I don't know what to do about.  I thought maybe it was a setting in the Microsoft 365 admin center, but I didn't see anything there that would let me connect apps.  The devices are up to date, and I am running version 21.10.0.19961 for the apps.  I've also included screencaps of the errors on both devices.

I have the same issue... and I see nobody (Adobe support) can fix it.... it's frustating..
