Acrobat reader dc no abre pdf

No deja abrir archivos pdf. Pone que se necesita adobe acrobat reader dc para windows, mac o linux, es decir la aplicación no abre sus propios archivos creados en otra plataforma. No lo abre Android. He reinstalado la app y no abre y pone el mismo mensaje.

Tampoco deja convertirlo a otro tipo de archivo
