Acrobat Reader keeps logging me out

Recently, I've noticed while using Acrobat Reader on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus (SM-N975U) for AT&T, I keep having to sign into my account (The App). For some reason, it keeps signing me out. I can't figure out why. I was logged into it without any issues in the past and currently on my Tablet (Samsung Tab S3), until I started troubleshooting and logged out. Now it's the same on my Tablet.

I contacted customer support (Billing Department) and they told me they think I need a paid account.

Anyone else have same issue? Or any ideas why this is happening and a fix?

Thanks!
