Acrobat Reader on Samsung Galaxy S21+ won't open anymore

Hello,

Since yesterday my Acrobat Reader won't open anymore on my Samsung Galaxy S21+.
I have latest Android version 14 and the latest version of the Acrobat Reader installed.
When i try to open it, i just stays on the screen with the logo and after a while i get the message
"Adobe Acrobat is not reacting" with the option to close the app or wait.

I already did force stop, tried emptying the cache, erasing the data, etc...
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat Reader again, but nothing is helping.
Also tried restarting my phone but the problem just persists.

best regards,
Chris.

UPDATE (18/03/2024)

I also have a work account on my phone and when i delete my work account, it starts working again.
It takes a long time to load (approx 30 sec) but at least it's working again.
How is my work account interfering with the app on my personal account ??
So i cannot have a work account on my phone to be able to use the app ??

Hi @ChrisDupont,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

This is strange and shouldn't be happening. Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the entire event for a better understanding and assistance?

Look forward to hearing from you.
