I have seem many in this forum with the same problem. I tuned on the acrobat premium features on the iPad but it still shows I'm a free user, and restoring purchases, deleting the app, logging out of the App Store does not solve problem. I've checked my subscribed services on the App Store and it shows my plan is active. Also the same plan shows on the manage plans section on the adobe website.
This is terrible I just subscribe for this and it is terrible
