Across system access for premium users

Hi, I don't have premium feature access on my PC , it is on available on my mobile phone. Why is this so?

Acrobat Premium is only for mobile devices .

As Bernd Alheit mentioned, the Acrobat premium service works only on mobile devices. You cannot use the Acrobat Premium subscription for the desktop applications. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4e5mrP6.

Thank you for your response, but I would like to know how to get across system access for the same subscription. Because my official system has a premium service currently running which I paid for.
