Hi I was trying to open up a pdf on my phone I phone it said I needed adobe 8 or later. I downloaded adobe but same message is there something I can change on my phone

Open the form on a Windows system or a Mac.

More specifically, while what you have may be a file with a .pdf file suffix, its contents most likely an XFA form, a format that was never supported on the mobile or web versions of Adobe Reader or for that matter, by most non-Adobe PDF readers. Such PDF files were typically created by a now-discontinued product, LiveCycle Designer.
