I have a annual subscription through apple for the acrobat app but the premium facilities are locked like on a free subscription.
I've logged out / reinstalled , even subscribed for next year but the premium options are still not available to me (I used it for months with no problems). Acrobat acknowledges I have a premium subscription as when I try and subscribe again to premium the subscription starts in November 22 when my current one ends.

Would you mind telling me the ID you use to log in to Acrobat Reader Mobile?
Also, you might want to try restoring the purchase from within the application to check if it helps.
