I have purchased a adobe acrobat premium subscription. First it was working properly but now it show to subscribe which I have already subscribed. Kindly do the needful as earliest possible.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Have you tried the below troubleshooting steps:

1. Click on Profile-> Subscriptions;

2. Click the option saying Restore subscription.

 

If you still get the error, I suggest you check the email address you are using to sign in to the application and check using the same on our web portal: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/document/.

 

If you can use the tools there, please share a screenshot of the event when you try to restore the subscription for our better understanding and assistance.
