When I fill and sign my document all numbers and everything is there. As soon as I go to print my right side numbers get cut off. I go back to the PDF and all is ok. Why is it cutting my numbers off when I go to print? I'm doing this from my phone to printer. Please help.

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?
  3. Do you have premium subscription? To check please refer : https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?highlight=about
  4. Could you share the workflow you are using?
  5. Is it working fine with Acrobat DC on PC?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device. Please double check your printer settings once.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

For more help refer to: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/workingwithpdf.html?highlight=print#print-pdfs

Let us know how it works at your end. If you have any further queries please feel free to reach out to us.

Regards

Ria
