Do you have Acrobat DC for individuals or Acrobat DC for Enterprise?

If you have Acrobat DC for Enterprise, try this link for support:

Hi

I am a volunteer and do not work for Adobe, but I found this FAQ on Teams:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/teams.html

At the bottom of the page is this:

I can tag an Adobe employee — they will have a red Adobe badge with the words "Adobe Employee" to identify them. Before I do, though: you posted to Acrobat Reader Mobile. Are you using Reader on a mobile device or are you using Acrobat Pro DC? I can move your post to the other forum if needed.
