Hello,
I just got the galaxy S9 a couple days ago and the adobe acrobat reader app for Android keeps crashing. I've check to make sure that I'm using the most updated version of the app, I've done all the latest software updates for the S9, I've tried restarting my phone then opening the app, I've tried deleting the app completely and reinstalling it, I've tried clearing the data and cache and then restarting it, but all to no avail.
Each time I start the app, it crashes after about 10-15 seconds. I have an extra 30 GB on my phone of unused storage space and about 5 GB being used in the adobe Document Cloud right now.
Ok so as I was writing this I figured it out...my employer blocks the adobe cloud website, and since I was on company Wi-Fi, the app was crashing. All I had to do was turn off Wi-Fi on my phone and everything's working well now. Hope this helps someone else
