Adobe app doesn't always update when I update it  manually, sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't , is there a reason for this does anyone know. I was sent here in response to my feedback comments on the app. p.s. it happens with other apps too. Samsung galaxy A52s

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.

 

Please check your network connection when trying to update. Also, try switching your network; if you're working on WiFi, then switch to mobile data.

Could you help me with a few details to understand the issue better:

1. Are you having this issue only on adobe applications?

2. Application name and version.

3. OS version.

4. A video of your workflow.
