Adobe Commended pdf disappeared from phone

My e book in which I commented and highlighted a lot of things with Adobe Acrobat reader tools disappeared from the phone. I am unable to find that pdf with highlighted portion. This happened when I re downloaded the same book from my e mail. I suppose new e book replaced the old one, but I couldn't understand how is it possible. Please help me to retrieve my old edited book.

Well, if you overwrote the old file, there is nothing that Adobe can do for you. It may be possible, that a device specialist for your Android device can help you with your lost file.
