Adobe ExportPDFdoesn't work at my iPhone 6 nor at iPad, although it is prepaid until September 6th, 2018 and it is also listed in my Apple subscriptions. If I want to Convert PDF to Word or Excel, it offers me subscription. In my Adobe Account it is written, that Adobe Export PDF is already subscribed.

Dear Derek,
thanks for your answer. In “My Account” page, the “Adobe Export PDF”
subscription is now “Subscribed” and the Export already works. The solution
for my problem was to click on: "Restore Previous Purchases" in the Adobe
Acrobat Reader Application / My Account. However, I think it should be
updated / paired automatically.
Best regards, Peter Gal
