Adobe Fill & Sign issue with signing

I just installed Fill and Sign and also a jpeg of my signature on my android phone. When I attempt to sign the only option I get is handwriting a signature. This is contrary to the instructions on the Adobe site which show a bar above the signature line with a button to press for adding a signature via a file. I don't get those buttons and wondering why?

The functionality you are looking for is available for Fill & Sign desktop application.

Using Acrobat Reader DC Fill & Sign

You only get the option to draw a signature in Fill & Sign mobile application.
