I'm a premium member and on my Android paid monthly it will not let me edit documents... it keeps saying I need a subscription, so I click on buy subscription and then it proceeds to tell me what I already know... that I already have a subscription! Then it starts doing the thinking circle thingy and never stops. I have to exit out of the app to get it to stop. I've tried deleting the app and re downloading it, still same issue. I need help to fix this!

Hi @tuoyo390405450uif

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

I've reviewed the Adobe account linked to your Adobe ID and noticed that you have an active plan for Acrobat Premium. Since today is your billing date, I recommend waiting a couple of hours before trying again. Please log out of the application, reboot your device, and then log back in with the same Adobe ID to see if this resolves the issue.

If you encounter any problems or need further assistance, please let us know.
