Hi, my adobe premium has decided that I need to upgrade to use usual features such as editing or converting other documents to pdfs. When I select 'upgrade' I have a current subscription until Nov 2022. Please can I have some help with this?

Hi,
I managed to sort this out. I must of had another email address assigned to my apple pay account so although all emails and user names on my adobe account have my main email address, I had to log out and sign in again with my old email adress that is on the apple pay account if that helps. Tom

It would help if you could actually talk to someone these days but no telephone numbers apper to exist for technical support at adobe. Not when you are having trouble signing in anyway!

Hi @Deleted User
I checked your Adobe account and there is also no active subscription showing. Kindly try the steps suggested above. If you are not able to find the email which you subscribed with, please send us your email in a private message, so we can check and confirm.
Thanks,
Harsh

Thanks for confirming that the issue is now resolved. We currently do not have support on live calls or chat for mobile subscriptions. But I’m going to pass along your thoughts and needs to our customer experience team.

Harsh

I just purchased the yearly subscription again... it worked for about 5 minutes then it wouldn't let me edit anything again. I've spent $89.97 (yearly subscription & 2 monthly subscriptions) trying to get this to work and it still isn't working!

Anybody know what's going on with adobe acrobat editing? I am unable to edit even though I have paid for premium subscription. Was working fine a few days ago and now I haven't been able to edit for two days. I even went as far as paying AGAIN but it still isn't working.
