Adobe's fill & sign feature dose not save

When using Adobe's fill & sign featuer the signature dose not save when I send a copy or save a copy how do I fix this?

When you put in the signature, are you using the send/save a copy option before clicking the done button or posting it?

I tried the workflow, and I could share the file and signature.

Please share a screen recording of your workflow so we can investigate further.

I put my signature on the file then hit done to save it then I go to share a copy and it sends a blank copy over with no signature.
