Adobe sign app's version is not auto-create text boxes

Adobe sign on the mobile version is not auto-creating the text boxes as it is the desktop version. To create the text boxes on the phone is very demanding as "move" "click" and "stretch" are done in the same way with the finger.. I've tried in other ways to solve this issue, such as interactive boxes made in Illustrator, however the app does not recognise them.

Is there another way perhaps to solve this issue?

Would you mind clarifying if you are using Acrobat Reader Mobile's Fill & Sign mode or Acrobat sign for mobile app?

Also, creating and filling forms on mobile and auto-recognition of the fields depends on the compatibility of the PDF with which it is made.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the document properties from the desktop, of the document you refer to? 

This will help us get better insights on the issue and trouble accordingly.
