Adobe sign Issues - Duplicate Submissions

Currently ever time a document is sent to be signed, it forces the signer to complete the form twice. The attached image is the error that appears between the required submissions. Is there something that we can do to avoid this from happening?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

Is this experience similar on the desktop? Do you have an availability of a computer to test (both on the Acrobat portal and the desktop application)?

This will help us understand if this is related to the mobile interface or the Acrobat Sign experience in general.

 

Also, could you try signing the files in the Acrobat Sign app, which is available on the app store (Adobe Acrobat Sign on the App Store)?

 

Let me know how it goes, and we can proceed further.
