adobe subscription domain error 12

Purchased acrobat mobile around march and logged out of my apple id on my ipad to check some files on another icloud email but when i opened the app again, the premium subscription suddenly disappeared. i tried logging out and restarting my device and logging in again but i didn't do a thing, also tried restoring purchases but it said a subscription was found but i needed to log into that account. what irks me is that the icloud email i used for that premium subscription is what i already logged in to. please help, this is such a waste of money if i can't recover the purchase.

This looks more like an iOS issue than an Adobe issue. Did you check with the Apple fora?

 

It may, however be, that you bought your subscription with Adobe, and then you need to sign in to your Adobe ID
