Adobe will not open file. Says file name too long

I'm not sure exactly where or, to whom to direct my issue since I'm not sure what it is! I tried to open a downloadable file but Above said the title was too big and wouldn't open it. So, I'm stuck! Any advice?

Hi,

Try renaming the document which you have downloaded and then open in acrobat app.
