Apps aren't opening

Hello, my adope pdf reader and scanner are opening for few seconds and then closing on my android. I tried clearing caches, in addition to uninstalling then reinstalling but it didn't work. Any help?

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The Android version you are using on your device;

2. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile and Adobe Scan you are using;

3. A screen recording of the workflow for better understanding.

While you do so, I suggest you update your application to the latest version.
