Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing?
What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat Mobile app you are using? To check the version Tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Acrobat and make sure its updated to latest version from App Store (iOS), Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once.
Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue occurring would be very helpful for more clarity.

Hi Serene
is not a mobile app, is a IOS app in the macbook air. the version is 2024.004.20219 as attached. also attached the printcreen of a pfd file open. it dont have the AI assistence. In the online version I have, but it was all afternoon trying to process the doc. yes it has more than 100 pages (400) but it was processing all afternoon yesterday as per message attached
