Backing up files

I am using acrobat for iPad. But all my files are stored locally. How do I get them all to backup to the cloud?  I have 100 or so files so transferring one at a time is a pain. Is there an easy way to see all the files on multiple devices?  Would upgrading help?

After the last iOS update Acrobat reader is acting really strange.  Slow to open, slow to change locations, can't upload files to doc cloud, most of my files are PDFs.  Help!!!!!
