Could you please confirm if this issue occurs with a specific PDF file or with all PDFs? Try opening a different file to check if the problem persists.

Additionally, ensure that your Acrobat app is updated to the latest version (25.03.0) from the App Store or Play Store, and restart your device once after updating.
