Bestanden alleen kunnen lezen

Waarom kan bestanden die mij gestuurd worden niet openen, ik wil alleen kunnen lezen. Ik heb de adobe reader op de telefoon zitten.

What happens when you try to open the PDF files that are sent to you? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.

Also, share the version of the OS and the Acrobat mobile app you are using. Tap on the profile > About Acrobat Also try updating the app from the App Store/Play Store and reboot the device once and check if that helps.
