Blue star on Create PDF won’t allow me to create PDF

I have been creating PDFs from photos for a work project.  Today, a blue star appeared next to the Create PDF.  Now it says "purchase complete, waiting for feature activation."  Nothing has happened & I'm unable to create PDFs now.

 

Any suggestions to get rid of the blue star?  I have the free version but haven't had a problem until now creating the PDFs.

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?
  3. Could you help me with a screenshot  of the issue?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

 

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.4.1

For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.05.00
