I've been paying for the 'premium' subscription via Apple since first getting the Adobe Scan app, as I knew I'd quickly need more than the free 2GB storage on Adobe Document Cloud.
But when I reached 2GB it still prompted me to subscribe for more storage - while displaying that I'm already subscribed to 'premium'.
I've logged out from all devices and logged back in, deleted some documents and refilled up to 2GB multiple times, and always the same.
Apple's best suggestion is that I could apply for a refund - but really I just need it to work!
Any ideas gratefully received!

Hi Rosie,
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you have bought 'premium' subscription for the 20GB storage, but it still cuts you off at 2GB.
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the email you are using on this community and found that you have the Acrobat premium subscription for mobile device through Apple with the creative cloud storage of 2 GB.
- What is the version of the Acrobat Reader mobile application you are using? Please try to update the app from the App Store (iOS device)
- Please try to logout of the application and reboot the device once and re-login with the same Adobe and password and check if that helps
For more information please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/file-size-limitations.html
Hope this information will help
Regards
Amal
