If your documents were saved to Adobe Cloud storage, you can access them by logging into the Document Cloud. Please follow this link: Adobe Document Cloud. Once logged in, navigate to the Documents tab and check the Your Documents section for your saved files. This should allow you to retrieve and manage any documents stored on the cloud.

However, if your documents were saved locally on your previous device's memory and not synced with the cloud, unfortunately, we are unable to assist in recovering them as they would not be stored in Adobe’s servers. You may want to explore options to recover files from your device’s backup if available.
