Can not restore purchase

i have buy i new phone and can't restore.   The email <""> does not exit, no longer in hotmail.   Can i change back to <"">

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Reader Mobile.

When we talk about mobile subscriptions purchased through App Store, it is tied through the App Store, and not directly to Adobe.

To change the email address, you will need to cancel the subscription on the previous email address, and purchase a new one on the other email address you want to use.
